Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, industrial engineering, supply chain, quality/continuous improvement, sales, or similar field
Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months, part-time for 12 months, or a combination of the two
Can work in-person in Bothell, WA for a minimum of 3 days per week (in-person Tues-Thurs, remote Mon/Fri)
Desire to work in an office environment
Enthusiasm to interact with internal Team Members, customers and associated customer-facing processes
Ability to deal with ambiguity
Strong experience with Office 365 tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Planner
Good presentation skills and analytical thinking
Listens and learns before acting
Ability to communicate tactfully and respond positively
Good organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

Be part of the Parts Customer Service team at Genie
Learn their daily customer facing and back-end processes
Work on ways to improve those processes
Learn to execute business processes by observing with teams doing the work
Document processes
Make recommendations for improvement
Train team members on improved processes
