Responsibilities

The People Operations Associate will manage core HR processes including onboarding and offboarding logistics, maintain accurate HR data and systems, support compliance and policy management by assisting with I-9, E-Verify, and labor law compliance, and provide employee support by serving as a point of contact for HR inquiries and drafting employee documentation. They will also contribute to HR projects and initiatives, support company-wide People initiatives, and leverage AI tools for increased efficiency while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and a “get-it-done” approach.
