  • Ability to work some Saturdays as well as some evenings as needed

  • Bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Create application calendars for up to 50 (or 40) enrichment programs
  • Design PowerPoint presentations that detail application steps for each enrichment program
  • Review final drafts for application essays
  • Ensure all components of applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Oversee data and form collection post-application submission, including ensuring scholars complete medical forms, parents/guardians sign terms & conditions, and assist select students with visa applications and material purchases
  • Purchase and track transportation for scholars traveling outside of New York City
  • Lead enrichment program and scholarship application groups, including scheduling application meetings, creating application timelines, essay editing, and collection/tracking of application components to ensure on-time completion
  • Schedule one-on-one time with scholars who need additional assistance through the enrichment program application process
