Responsibilities

The Manager will analyze data to propose strategies for sales promotion and operational quality improvement, advocating for these initiatives across the headquarters and transforming business situations. They will execute these strategies themselves, develop and implement plans for business plans and offerings, provide guidance to team members, conduct site visits and online meetings, offer support and address inquiries, act as a liaison between the center and other departments, and propose strategies and initiatives based on center performance, collaborating with center directors and analyzing agent data to support agent potential. The role also involves understanding and executing the vision, strategy, and key initiatives of the national agent center, as well as contributing to a culture of inclusion and belonging within the organization.
