Strong leadership and communication skills are also required, along with proficiency in Salesforce, Spotfire, AWS, SONAR, and fiscal planning.

The candidate should possess at least two years of sales experience within the food services or hospitality/hotel industry, with experience in the beverage and healthcare sectors being an asset. They must also be proficient in using the Salesforce CRM platform and demonstrate strong administrative skills, including meticulous record-keeping and timely task completion.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) Foodservice Sales, with prior experience calling on K-12 Segment customers and fostering top-to-top relationships. They must demonstrate understanding of the K-12 supply chain, knowledge of USDA Foods, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have over 5 years of experience in project management, construction management, or operations leadership. A solid understanding of the Capital Delivery Process is required, along with the ability to perform moderate physical activity and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience in food manufacturing and managing capital budgets of $10-$15 million or more is considered advantageous.
