Candidates should possess proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with XERO is highly preferred, and familiarity with Australian tax and payroll regulations is essential. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication and reporting skills are also required. Candidates are required to have at least 3 years of solid bookkeeping experience across all functions, demonstrable advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and financial administration, accounts reconciliation, and accounting software, strong Xero and Excel experience, sound knowledge of Shopify, Stripe, and PayPal transactions, meticulous data entry skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of Australian bookkeeping and accounting.

Candidates must possess broker support experience, preferably in the Loan and Mortgage industry, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
