Requirements

5+ years of experience in zTPF Assembler, TPF-DF, TPF-C/C++, ALCS (Airline Control System)
Good working knowledge of zTPF-GI or IBM Tool kit tools (Trace Log, Code Coverage, Performance Analyzer)
Exposure to Airlines domain (Checkin, Reservations, or Ticketing) highly preferred
Migration experience from zTPF to any other technology highly desirable
Ability to understand Software Development Life Cycle
Strong logical/analytical skills
Quality mindset, self-motivated, team player, and result-oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to interface with other teams and stakeholders
Willingness to support in shifts, off-business hours, and weekends if needed

Responsibilities

Perform requirements analysis and translate business flows into Technical Requirements
Code, edit, and debug programs using zTPF Assembler, C++ TPFDF, TPFC/C++ for assigned bugs/enhancements
Conduct unit/integration testing and deploy changes
Take ownership of assigned assignments/tasks
Deliver under tough project timelines
Support applications in shifts, off-business hours, and weekends if needed
