The Zonal Expert Sales Manager will coach and develop a team of Expert Sales Executives to achieve regional growth and business objectives. This role involves analyzing business reports to create actionable plans, supervising and controlling the sales team, and supporting the Regional Expert Sales Manager in rolling out marketing interventions. The manager will also establish the distribution structure, lead the team to deliver regional plans, coach representatives for optimal HCP engagement, conduct segmentation and targeting of HCPs, foster team engagement and motivation, analyze area statistics to identify performance improvement solutions, ensure the execution of expert activation plans and budgets, uphold Haleon values and compliance policies, and build relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs.
