Responsibilities

Audit and refine existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM
Deduplicate and standardize records across modules for accuracy and consistency
Deploy AI-powered solutions for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment
Design and implement advanced workflows in the Deals module
Streamline lead-to-deal conversion processes
Automate routine tasks to reduce manual work and boost team productivity
Develop custom dashboards to display KPIs in real time
Deliver insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and client activity
Provide leadership with clear visibility into progress against goals
Build branded customer portals for borrowers and clients
Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress tracking
Integrate AI tools for smarter, more efficient client support
Leverage Zoho AI features (Zia, chatbots, predictive workflows, etc.)
Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Books, Campaigns, Flow, Cliq, etc.) into a seamless platform
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices
