Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions

Responsibilities

Audit and clean existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM
Deduplicate and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Implement AI-powered tools for continuous data hygiene and enrichment
Design and implement smart workflows in the Deals module
Automate lead-to-deal conversion and reduce manual processes
Build task automation to maximize team productivity
Create real-time dashboards for key company KPIs
Provide actionable insights into sales performance and pipeline health
Empower leadership with data-driven decision-making
Develop branded portals for borrowers and clients
Centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress
Use AI to personalize and elevate client interactions
Deploy Zoho’s AI tools (Zia, chatbots, AI workflows, etc.)
Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq, etc.) into a unified platform
Build scalable solutions aligned with best practices
