Requirements
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to carry and lift up to 25 pound boxes. They must also be able to stand and move about the store constantly, maintain regular and consistent attendance, and be willing to work nights and weekends, as well as overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
The Xfinity Retail Service Associate will provide strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services, and support the store team in both the front and back of the store. They will greet customers, connect them to sales consultants, demonstrate company technology, ensure the sales floor and back of the store are clean and accessible, conduct cycle counts, assist with inventory management, and adapt to store management priorities while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
