Responsibilities
Promote and sell Comcast products and services (video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home) by knocking every door within assigned territory
Effectively communicate and develop rapport with customers; evaluate existing and potential product needs and make recommendations
Increase customer understanding of Comcast products, pricing models, and competitive advantages; evaluate competitive offers and frame responses
Create and execute turf management plans without assistance; utilize experience-based sales techniques and operate independently
Meet and exceed sales goals established by local market
Independently establish and organize daily sales activities
Generate business through established and approved methods of lead generation
Implement effective sales closing techniques to ensure product installation goals are achieved
Understand and apply Operating Principles; own the customer experience; be enthusiastic learners and advocates of technology/products/services; win as a team
