Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based or workplace support role
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment
Must be available to work onsite part time from 9 am to 1 pm
Experience in Facilities or Health & Safety is a plus

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage supplies (stationery, furniture, subscriptions, appliances, electronics, consumables)
Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure the office remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
Maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
Oversee postage, courier services, shipping, and billing
Ensure compliance with security, access control, and health & safety policies
Assist in onboarding and inducting new employees
Support engagement initiatives and office events
Welcome visitors, clients, and colleagues to ensure a professional and friendly experience
Book travel and accommodation for visiting team members or talent
Provide general administrative support and manage office-related documentation
Support cross-functional studio projects and handle ad hoc tasks as required
Act as a key leader for Fire Safety within the studio
Assist with implementing and monitoring health and safety practices together with P&C
