Responsibilities

  • Lead and own all SF office operations to ensure a seamless day-to-day experience, including office catering, snacks, kitchen supplies, mail & packaging, internet, office supplies, tech equipment management, etc
  • Research and implement all safety and compliance guidelines for the SF office
  • Monitor and respond to all workplace requests, maintaining a "no-task-too small" standard for team members
  • Create and manage an internal inventory tracking, monthly & quarterly budgets & purchasing system for office equipment, tech, office snacks, furniture, etc
  • Maintain good working relationships with vendors, become the point of contact for building relationships, scheduling repairs, and ensuring payments are processed correctly
  • Collaborate constantly with the executive team, EA to CEO, marketing team, HR, and other departments to create and manage initiatives, processes, tools, policies, and playbooks related to workplace operations and programs
  • Deliver clear & accurate company communications across multiple platforms
  • Continuously evaluate existing internal processes and workflows to identify areas of improvement to move Revi forward as it scales
  • Lead and work with cross-functional teams to coordinate epic events
