Requirements

Passionate about facilities management and making the hub a place where people feel excited to work
Qualified with a NEBOSH General Certificate and IOSH certified (or happy to work towards these)
Experienced in customer-facing building services and confident managing external contractors
Tech-savvy with Google applications, strong admin skills, and an eye for spotting hazards
A supportive, flexible team player who is happy to work independently but ready to jump in for key events
First Aid and Fire Marshall qualified (or willing to train)
Onsite 5 days a week in the Northampton hub

Responsibilities

Champion safety and compliance, working with the Health & Safety lead to ensure meeting all regulatory requirements, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
Act as the main contact for landlords and contractors, keeping facilities fully stocked and ensuring the smooth running of the building
Manage hub events, from Town Halls to socials, including manual handling to set up spaces
Support green goals by collecting utility data for carbon footprint management and handling regulatory reporting
Keep the office running behind the scenes by processing invoices, managing expenses, handling post, and updating the intranet
