Basic to intermediate English proficiency (A2–B1), with confidence to participate in occasional meetings and understand international communications (e.g., billing with Poland, IT with India, security protocols)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across four businesses: vendors, maintenance, vehicles, and security, ensuring immediate response to all service needs
Lead operational staff including cleaning personnel, maintenance people, and security teams
Manage vendor relationships for services such as building maintenance, security, CCTV, HVAC, UPS systems, painting, and vehicle fleets
Ensure documentation is provided and maintained, especially those required by EHS protocols
Monitor building security systems (e.g., cameras), handle confidentiality protocols, and request authorization when needed
Coordinate with building management and external providers to address infrastructure-related issues, including urgent repairs (e.g., water leaks)
Guarantee execution of preventive maintenance and mitigation activities
Support RUC audits by managing all documentation related to the Medellín office
Be the first contact for internal service requests and follow-up with employees across the company
Report safety violations (e.g., vendors not using protective equipment) to EHS and our teams
Safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards
Contribute to regional improvement plans across Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic
Support maintenance mechanics and facilities staff by performing maintenance responsibilities such as furniture moving, simple electrical projects, spot painting or cleaning, light construction or exterior clean-up
Work with outside contractors on facilities and equipment repairs
Perform other activities such as mail deliveries, waste paper recycling, inter-office transportation and stocking of coffee areas
