Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service to physical and virtual communities
  • Own workplace communication strategy for local happenings, updates, and events
  • Develop playbooks and guidelines to navigate changes and new ways of working
  • Collaborate with Events team on company-wide events like Mission Days
  • Ensure flawless operation of Budapest office through proactive maintenance and zero downtime
  • Manage helpdesk for workplace requests and maintain high service levels
  • Oversee vendors and landlords, including negotiations and relationship management
  • Manage and report on Budapest office budgets with cost optimization focus
  • Track, analyze, and report on key workplace metrics
  • Maintain up-to-date documents, leases, and floor plans
  • Collaborate with EMEA Health, Safety & Security Specialist for compliance, risk assessments, fire safety, and accident reporting
  • Coach and empower Budapest Workplace Team to achieve objectives
  • Ensure team is appropriately sized and skilled for growth
  • Recruit and onboard new team members
  • Serve as a role model for the team
