Requirements

The Workplace Mental Health Consultant is responsible for providing individual therapy to employees onsite, conducting trainings and benefit promotion, coordinating and delivering critical incident response, and providing assessment and referral mental health support to employees at a national credit union. Candidates should be able to develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs, execute against a local action plan, and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

As a Workplace Mental Health Consultant, you will provide support to employees onsite at the Winchester, VA location one day per week (Tues, Weds, or Thurs preferred), deliver solution-focused employee mental health consultation and connection to appropriate resources, proactively develop strong and trusting relationships with leaders and HR POCs and execute against a local action plan, coordinate and deliver critical incident response, conduct company tailored trainings and Spring Health benefit promotion events, develop expert-level understanding of the customer benefit ecosystem and available support programs and provide appropriate referrals to members, complete required internal training and assignments, attend Spring Health Clinical Team meetings, monitor and track available data to support strategic planning, assess for risk and manage member and organizational crises, and identify and problem-solve issues that serve as a barrier or disruption to care.
