Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for Porto employees on HR, benefits, and workplace questions
Champion professionalism and inclusion, reinforcing company values in daily operations and events
Lead local engagement, learning, and wellness programs; surface feedback to inform future strategy
Strengthen communication and connection between Porto and global teams to build trust and transparency
Oversee payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and leave processes in partnership with vendors
Maintain accurate HRIS data, statutory files, and required government reporting
Localize and maintain policies and the Portuguese employee handbook
Support immigration documentation, employee travel, and onboarding/offboarding logistics
Coordinate documentation and scheduling for employee relations processes with the People team
Partner with Workplace Operations on site logistics, seating, onboarding coordination, and office safety
Manage local vendors and property partners; ensure a clean, safe, and well-supported workspace
Provide light onsite IT coordination (equipment setup, troubleshooting)
Support local events and onboarding day-one experience in partnership with Workplace and IT
