Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent and Operations team to coordinate candidate experience, new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup and welcome kits
Oversee purchasing and inventory of office equipment, supplies, and tech accessories
Act as the primary liaison with building management and service providers
Manage budgets while planning and executing company events, team offsites, social gatherings, and celebrations
Assist with scheduling team meetings, executive calendars, and company-wide events
Provide administrative support to the team as needed (travel bookings, expenses, logistics)
