  • One year of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
  • Full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week (no remote or hybrid work)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other applications
  • Prior experience working with third-party providers
  • Expertise in data configuration and record keeping
  • Ability to address inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
  • Ability to assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
  • Ability to think on feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
  • Ability to apply innovative techniques to enhance employee experience while reducing costs
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
  • Ability to build relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
