Requirements

One year of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization
Full-time onsite work from 6PM to 3AM, five days a week (no remote or hybrid work)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other applications
Prior experience working with third-party providers
Expertise in data configuration and record keeping
Ability to address inquiries and complaints effectively by email, Slack, and in person
Ability to assist in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees
Ability to think on feet quickly and respond to last-minute requests
Ability to apply innovative techniques to enhance employee experience while reducing costs
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Deep understanding of procurement and inventory management
Ability to build relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders
