Responsibilities

Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Company's 'Workplace Experience Program'
Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News, Viva, Signage)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations
Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting
