Experience in events, hospitality, administration, or workplace management roles
Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments

Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change

Australian residency (for national police checks)
Availability for full-time office-based role in Sydney (Barangaroo) on a Monday-Friday roster during general office operating hours

Responsibilities

Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Company's 'Workplace Experience Program'
Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News, Viva, Signage)
Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating with local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations
Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting
