Requirements

  • Experience in events, hospitality, administration, or workplace management roles
  • Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments
  • Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail
  • Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change

  • Australian residency (for national police checks)
  • Availability for full-time office-based role in Sydney (Barangaroo) on a Monday-Friday roster during general office operating hours

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and planning activations in line with the Company's 'Workplace Experience Program'
  • Managing communication for assigned activations through various platforms (SharePoint News, Viva, Signage)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborating with local Workplace teams to ensure the successful execution of events and activations
  • Supporting on key administrative tasks such as end-of-month and budget reporting
