  • 3-5 years of HR experience in the Netherlands
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is a big plus

  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage employment documentation across the full employee lifecycle (contracts, amendments, certificates)
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure compliance with HR procedures
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers, the People Team, vendors, and payroll partners to ensure accurate data flow
  • Maintain and update HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Support local HR operations, including payroll coordination and compliance with Dutch labor law
  • Coordinate Health & Safety procedures with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day office operations; mail, supplies, correspondence, vendor relationships, facility needs, and basic office IT topics
  • Organize company events, meetings, and initiatives that enhance the employee experience
  • Handle administrative tasks such as invoices, procurement, and documentation
  • Support the upcoming office move and setup
