Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for current Workday certification in Records and Advising. Recent experience deploying Workday Student Records is highly preferred, as is subject matter expertise in Student Records, ideally gained from experience in a registrar's office. Strong communication, presentation, and report writing skills are essential, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Minimal travel is required, but willingness to travel on-site when needed is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Principal Consultant will execute daily activities as a Workday Student Records functional expert, leveraging deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, and future product direction. Responsibilities include conducting client sessions to analyze business requirements, develop solutions, and transfer knowledge. The consultant will also create appropriate artifacts and deliverables, share product knowledge, support Workday Delivery Assurance reviews, identify strategies and risks, and provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices. Additionally, they will support business development activities, including proposal development.
