Requirements

  • Proficiency in creating assets with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and production of digital and print materials, including presentations, social graphics, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral
  • Support the development of branded assets in alignment with established visual identity guidelines, and maintain consistency in brand usage
  • Prepare and package design files for internal use, presentations, and production-ready delivery
  • Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and shared libraries
  • Support layout design, image editing, and typographic refinement across projects
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, including printers, promotional product suppliers, and fulfillment services
  • Help coordinate production and delivery of printed materials, branded merchandise, and signage across campus locations
  • Track project timelines, vendor deliverables, approvals, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-brand execution
  • Maintain organized records of vendor quotes, contracts, and production specs
  • Support inventory tracking and logistics for promotional materials and internal orders
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques to help improve creative output and workflow
