Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to report to Pulse Point location in Indianapolis, IN (or within commuting distance from an office; hybrid with 1 day in-office per week required)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between HR functional area and IT to translate complex business needs into application technology solutions
  • Analyze, design, develop, and maintain HRIS solutions to address complex and varied business process needs
  • Develop or collaborate with development staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing
  • Act as a resource to users of the software to address questions/issues
  • Lead projects impacting data maintenance on HRIS applications
  • Advise HR Business Partners on design and utilization of information systems
  • Perform functional security configuration for projects/business initiatives
  • Provide support with reporting, audits, and integration security
  • Adopt Workday Security enhancements per annual releases
