Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS or a related field is required. Certification in Workday HCM or Workday Time Tracking is necessary. Candidates should have 2+ years of Workday Time Tracking implementation experience, 2-5 years of Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience, and 2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software. Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines is essential, along with demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management. Strong communication and presentation skills, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are also required.

Responsibilities

The Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through Workday HCM implementation phases. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling product expert, recommending solutions based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe, and guiding customers through design sessions and configuration decisions. The role involves engaging and supporting clients, performing multiple tasks under limited direction, configuring and testing integrations with payroll and benefits providers, and potentially taking a leadership position. Duties also include hands-on software expertise such as loading customer data, moving configuration between tenants, configuring business processes and security, and converting and mapping data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads.
