Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday, including at least 3 years focused on Payroll integrations
  • Strong experience with Workday tools: Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Calculated Fields, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP, REST)
  • Solid understanding of U.S. payroll processing, including garnishments, taxes, and retroactive calculations
  • Experience working with third-party vendors (e.g., ADP, banks, tax filing services)
  • Proficiency in integration testing, validation, and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • High School or GED Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll and related integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot integration errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions
  • Monitor and optimize existing payroll integrations for performance and efficiency
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, workflows, and processes
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Workday Payroll integration processes
