Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing Workday HCM and/or other major modules, or relevant cloud/on-prem HR platforms
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Advanced Compensation domains, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objectives and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering both HCM and Advanced Compensation functionalities
  • Independently lead your workstream and report on progress
  • Lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation
  • Liaise closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
  • Actively support innovation
