About the Team

Cognizant Workday Practice is expanding its Global Delivery Center in Manila. Join a dedicated team of experienced Workday professionals contributing to a dynamic HR transformation consulting practice. The Global Delivery Center (GDC) supports Implementation projects and Application Managed Services (AMS) enhancements globally, delivering Workday solutions on time and adhering to company methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and propose solutions for complex business problems.
  • Manage account communication with key customer users.
  • Coordinate operations meetings, requests, and priorities, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Develop into a Workday expert with in-depth knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge to foster practice growth.

Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday.
  • Must hold an active Workday Integration Certification.
  • Supplemental Workday Integration Certification is an advantage (e.g., Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, Integration Benefits).
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
