Candidates should possess 3 years’ experience with Workday and an active Workday Integration Workday Certification. Supplemental certifications such as Studio, CCTPP, Integration Payroll, and Integration Benefits are advantageous. A Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or an equivalent is required.
The Workday Integrations Analyst Consultant will provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, conduct sessions with customers to analyze business requirements and provide solutions, manage account communication with key customer users, coordinate operations meeting/requests and priorities and SLAs, and mentor other consultants to share product knowledge. They will also become a Workday expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction, utilizing strong consulting and presentation skills to effectively manage customer expectations and leverage analytical mindset and reporting tools.
