Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
  • 5 years of Workday HCM consulting experience
  • Must have active HCM Certification - Core
  • Acted as technical lead for at least 1 phase-1 implementation
  • Experience with additional Workday modules such as Core Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, People Experience, or Advanced Compensation preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Workday HCM implementations for various clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

  • Drives and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstream
  • Identifies dependencies and supports interplay between different workstreams within a project
  • Leads, mentors and oversees the work of other consultants within their project
  • Go-to resource for assistance with deliverable development, review, or approval
  • Plans to evaluate customer objectives as part of developing solutions
  • Generates and pursues ideas for improvements to documentation and methodology
  • Support and Leads initiatives that will help the company specially in HCM Project Delivery
  • Reinforces company policies and procedures to others
  • Provide expert guidance between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems
  • Guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation
