Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Alternatively, 5+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Or, 2+ years of experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Alternatively, 7+ years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Or, 3+ years of experience with a PhD
  • 5+ years' experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations
  • Experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, advanced custom reports, and dashboards
  • Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the core Human Capital Management (HCM) system and supporting Workday and external system touchpoints
  • Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems and applications that support mobility and total rewards programs and processes (compensation, benefits, absence)
  • Create and maintain systems and applications documentation (user guides, manuals, reports, workflows)
  • Coordinate with HR and IT subject matter experts to define requirements and determine solutions for project/data change deliverables
  • Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to proactively identify and address issues and provide support
  • Model exceptional communication and customer-facing skills to interact effectively with diverse global stakeholders
  • Seek and identify continuous improvement opportunities and participate in new release feature reviews
  • Perform unit and quality assurance testing (test case preparation, execution, documentation)
  • Develop and enhance working knowledge to become a subject matter expert (SME) for at least one business process and application
  • Conduct root cause analysis of problems and recommend system and product enhancements
