Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, and have 2-5 years of ERP Data Conversion or HCM implementation experience, with highly desired Workday HCM experience. A security clearance is also preferred, along with advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

As a Workday Data Principal Consultant, you will guide clients through Workday implementation phases, partner with teams and customers to achieve project excellence, utilize tools like iLoad and EIB for tenant-to-tenant migrations, design data tracking tools and reports, create ETL scripts for data transformation, support data validation, and engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle. You will also perform data extract and cleansing, convert data sources into templates, and contribute to update training and internal opportunities, while keeping stakeholders informed of project progress.
