Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Previous Workday experience is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of Internet technology and Enterprise Resource Planning. A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll is required, and PMP certification is strongly desired. The ability to support client, company, and team accomplishment is essential.

Responsibilities

The Workday Associate Engagement Manager will be hands-on with key project deliverables such as charter, project/staffing plans, and issue logs, while driving client engagement. They will become an expert in Workday's Implementation Methodology and demonstrate understanding of the Workday product suite (HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials). Responsibilities include ensuring projects are properly planned and staffed, providing support to Engagement and Senior Engagement Managers, and working with the client project manager to identify and resolve issues. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered within budget, working with Delivery Assurance for compliance, and assisting in the transition from professional services to product support. Additionally, the manager will track issues and risks, communicate status, escalate concerns, present at Executive Steering Committee meetings, identify and escalate change orders, and participate in the sales cycle as requested.
