Responsibilities

  • Provide resolution in expected time frame and work multi-functionally in Workday HR and Finance business operations
  • Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide resolution for recurring raised tasks
  • Proactively monitor live data
