Requirements

12–15 years in HR services, with at least 9 years of Workday HR/Finance systems implementation experience
Workday certification is mandatory
Extensive experience in configuring Workday modules, including Core HCM, Security, Integrations, and Reporting
Strong working knowledge of Payroll, Talent, Leaves, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Time Tracking, and Absence
Demonstrated understanding of HR services and processes, with experience supporting and/or maintaining multiple HR systems
Proven ability to manage large-scale, global implementations and multi-time-zone projects
Strong project management, consulting, and leadership skills
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain role-based and domain security policies
Conduct regular security audits and implement improvements to strengthen compliance and mitigate risks
Manage segregation of duties (SoD), access reviews, and role provisioning
Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to address audit findings
Configure and manage compensation cycles, bonus plans, merit increases, stock/equity grants, and advanced compensation packages
Drive the end-to-end compensation review process
Configure and maintain performance management frameworks
Partner with HR and business leaders to align compensation and performance programs
Lead the Workday Support Team to manage day-to-day system support and Workday projects/initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and security issues
Lead configuration and implementation of various Workday modules
Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and business stakeholders to align Workday solutions
Perform Workday configuration for enhancement and change requests
Lead and coordinate all testing activities
Actively participate in Workday product release cycles
Support sales/pre-sales teams by leveraging Workday expertise
Maintain clear communication with global teams and stakeholders
Demonstrates a hands-on, problem-solving leadership style
