Requirements

3-5 years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consulting implementation experience
Workday Absence and/or Time Tracking certification(s) required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast paced work environments
Work well within and across teams to get things accomplished
Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects
Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed

Responsibilities

Drive, organize and complete tasks within a project workstream to drive efficient completion and achieve project goals
Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking or Scheduling, by supporting internal initiatives and team knowledge sharing activities
Provide oversight responsibility for Workday projects across the practice
Oversee and assist engagement/project managers and team members when needed to identify project needs, reduce risk and develop solutions and strategies
Support the RFP response and pursuit process for Consulting work
Support orals
Guide the customer through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the customer’s unique business requirements at all stages of the project
Regularly engage and support the client through all phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team, and your Engagement Manager abreast of changes or progress related to the project
Take a leadership position on a project, or as a Cognizant or Workday product Partner Lead and/or Delivery Assurance Reviewer
Display hands-on expertise of the software, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security
Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates
Act as a mentor to fellow consultants and analysts, including providing support for shadow assignments
