Lumos is seeking a Senior Product Manager for App Store & Provisioning to lead efforts in automating access requests, enabling just-in-time (JIT) provisioning, and enforcing least privilege at scale. This role is central to Lumos's mission of reinventing enterprise access by transforming IT into a product, with the App Store serving as the primary user interface. The product manager will define the product experience and underlying systems for the App Store interface, request orchestration engine, and provisioning infrastructure, directly impacting user access speed, security, and IT management ease. Collaboration with platform engineers, the integrations team, and the broader product surface is expected to design self-service, policy-driven access.

Responsibilities

  • Access Request & Fulfillment Flow: Own the end-to-end request experience, from App Store UI to fulfillment, ensuring high success rates and minimal friction for users, reviewers, and approvers.
  • Provisioning Engine: Drive the architecture and roadmap of the provisioning infrastructure (manual, semi-automated, and fully automated), ensuring correctness, observability, and least privilege access controls.
  • Just-in-Time Access: Expand support for JIT access use cases across SaaS, internal apps, and infrastructure. Define time-bound access models, revocation policies, and access audits.
  • App Catalog & Management: Scale the App Store catalog with structured metadata, automated sync from integrations, and rich configuration capabilities to support enterprise app governance.
  • Workflow & Policy Abstractions: Define reusable components such as multi-stage approval flows, entitlement templates, and auto-expiry rules that scale across apps and environments.
  • Access Accuracy & Auditability: Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure every granted access is justified, logged, and easily reviewed.

Requirements

  • Access & Provisioning Expertise: 5+ years in product management, ideally with experience in identity access management, access governance, or enterprise provisioning workflows.
  • Workflow & Policy Thinking: Demonstrated experience in building request/approval engines, access flows, or orchestration layers, with an understanding of their complexities.
  • Systems Awareness: Understanding of the dependencies between App Store UX, policy engines, integration logic, and provisioning APIs.
  • Security-First Mentality: Prioritization of least privilege, just-in-time models, and auditability by design when considering access as a risk vector.
  • Strong UX + Infra Balance: Commitment to elegant end-user experiences alongside robust infrastructure.
