Requirements

8+ years of experience in working on Active Directory
6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, MS Cluster Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles
Extensive troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability for Windows OS, Windows Cluster, Performance issue, RDP issue, and Hyper-V
Windows Server 2016 till 2025 installation, configuration, and end-to-end support for OS related issues, including dump file analysis
Good experience in Windows patching
Good experience with MS tools like Perfmon, procmon, and netmon
Good to have PowerShell scripting knowledge
Good troubleshooting skills related to Active Directory
Experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies including Active Directory, Windows File Services, and Group Policies
Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) and GPOs
Ability to monitor and resolve issues related to Active Directory replication, SYSVOL consistency, and DFSR (Distributed File System Replication)
Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI in Windows Server 2012 to 2025
Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFSN in all versions of Windows Server
Expert knowledge on vulnerability mitigation of AD and Windows Server
Expert knowledge on Windows Time to ensure accurate and synchronized Windows Time Service (W32Time) configuration across all domain controllers
Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals; Windows; Physical Server architecture; Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN network technologies
Knowledge of server virtualization technologies, preferably VMware and/or Microsoft technologies
Good knowledge on Azure IAAS, AD DS, Azure Active Directory Premium
Candidates with Compute knowledge as an addon skill
Flexible to work in shifts and work from office (hybrid, 2 days per week from HPE office)

Responsibilities

Provide in-depth technical and technological expertise in areas of focus to develop customized solutions for customers
Work at highest level with customers and manage large projects
Extensive troubleshooting for Windows OS, Windows Cluster, Performance issues, RDP issues, and Hyper-V
Install, configure, and provide end-to-end support for Windows Server 2016 to 2025 OS related issues, including dump file analysis
Perform Windows patching
Use MS tools like Perfmon, procmon, and netmon for troubleshooting
Troubleshoot Active Directory issues
Administer Active Directory (AD) and GPOs
Monitor and resolve issues related to Active Directory replication, SYSVOL consistency, and DFSR

Mitigate vulnerabilities in AD and Windows Server
Develop, document, and enforce standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems
