Able to perform in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage relocations and installations of wet utilities, including watermain, sanitary sewer, stormwater sewer relocation and protection
Supervise engineering and construction activities, ensuring compliance with established project and city standards/specs
Attend and participate in meetings with internal teams, external consultants, and municipal agencies to ensure alignment on project goals and utility integration
Contribute to the development of comprehensive construction plans, overseeing subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for utility-related work
Lead initiatives to enhance productivity; monitor subcontractor performance to ensure project plans and schedules are met
Track and collect essential documentation for additional work, submittals, and billing backup, as well as monitor project schedule activity, including milestones
Oversee Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigations and conduct Condition Surveys
Perform other related duties as assigned, promoting a positive team environment and a culture of collaboration
