Requirements
- Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Interesse an Human Resources und erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich sind von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamplayer
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Welcome Days und Onboarding-Prozessen
- Hilfe bei der Planung und Nachbereitung von Workshops, Kursen und Schulungen (von der Teilnehmerliste bis zur Raumorganisation)
- Pflege von Schulungsdaten im Learning Management System Spark und Überblick über Pflichtschulungen
- Anlage und Pflege von Personalakten sowie Aktualisierung von Personalstammdaten
- Organisation und Koordination von Vorsorge- und Eignungsuntersuchungen im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit
- Erstellung von Beauftragungen und Bescheinigungen sowie Unterstützung bei administrativen Aufgaben wie Terminorganisation und Einladungsmanagement
