  • First experience in HR through other working student or internship positions (highly preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a reliable, structured way of working
  • Confidence in using Google Suite and Excel, and an interest in learning new HR tools and systems
  • A service-oriented mindset paired with curiosity and a genuine interest in HR topics
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and actively contribute to a high-performing People function in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in German (C1-Native) and English (C2)

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Admin Manager with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents, maintaining employee records, and updating key systems such as HRIS
  • Assist in delivering a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience by preparing contracts, collecting required documents, and coordinating with relevant teams
  • Ensure the accuracy of employee data in all HR systems and contribute to regular data checks and audits
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, benefits, and internal policies
  • Help streamline HR workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical, scalable solutions
  • Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including documentation standards and data protection requirements
