Responsibilities

Own Hive’s marketing website (Webflow) — maintain, update, and continuously improve performance and UX
Implement technical SEO best practices (crawlability, site speed, schema, redirects, internal linking)
Build and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns, events, and product launches
Collaborate with Design and Growth to bring new ideas to life quickly
Partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across GA4, Tag Manager, and ad pixels
Manage content hierarchy and on-site messaging consistency across marketing and product experiences
Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement
