Requirements

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in software or web engineering, with strong proficiency in React, CSS, and Next.js, and demonstrated ability to build production-ready web applications in a fast-paced environment. Strong design taste and a keen eye for detail are also required, along with experience with code-based animations, such as those created using Framer or Lottie, or experience collaborating with contractors on creative implementations.

Responsibilities

As a Web Engineer, Growth at Hightouch, you will partner closely with the marketing team to build, iterate, and maintain the public-facing website (hightouch.com), leading the design and implementation of marketing website projects such as new feature pages and blog revamps. You will integrate CMS-powered interfaces using Sanity, build and maintain the design system to ensure high velocity and standards for UX, and develop engaging animations that enhance product storytelling using technologies like Lottie and Framer, while exercising strong design judgment and attention to detail to reinforce the brand identity.
