Responsibilities

  • Develops and prospects internal and external centers of influence to build and cultivate a pipeline of new client opportunities
  • Utilizes Life360 Discovery process to profile clients, spot needs, and generate opportunities in AUM, Loans, Deposits, Estate Planning, and Wealth Planning
  • Acts as Core Team Member for One Bank to identify opportunities with new and existing customers and expand household relationships
  • Manages execution of client service standards to develop and retain lasting client relationships
  • Institutes habits to coordinate team delivery of Private Bank experience standards
  • Collaborates with customized teams of specialists to deliver high-quality, advice-based client service
  • Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client needs, segmentation, asset allocation, and risk management
  • Identifies and refers opportunities for advanced planning solutions
  • Coordinates with client third-party advisors to align recommendations with client goals
  • Partners with internal and external service providers to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
  • Resolves client problems as primary contact in a timely and effective manner
  • Provides clients with information on current trends
  • Organizes, develops, and executes client reviews (e.g., annual reviews, quarterly updates) using Life360 to challenge and achieve client goals
  • Manages overall profitability of client relationships
  • Drives continuous improvement to deepen client relationships across Private Bank and Bancorp channels
  • Acts as primary point of contact for centers of influence within the Bank
  • Leads the 90-day client onboarding process
  • Ensures implementation of recommendations delivered to clients
  • Works collaboratively with team members to align information and resources for shared objectives
  • Addresses developmental needs and knowledge gaps as requested by manager
