Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the Waukesha South Operations Continuous Improvement & Kaizen roadmap
  • Lead the development of the Kaizen Culture at WSO including owning quarterly Kaizen plan as well as more ad hoc events shorter than a week
  • Lead the development of the WSO productivity project funnel
  • Coach and grow the LEAN tools with the team at the site, inclusive of standard work, takt time production, and improving our Andon culture
  • Develop and coach lean skills and competency at all levels of the organization
  • Continue deployment of 5S in all areas of the WSO
  • Coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across all operations
  • Drive cultural transformation resulting in step-change in operational business metrics
