Requirements

  • Ability to place safety first and follow all procedures, policies, and objectives
  • Proficiency in ensuring accuracy of receiving documents, matching counts to BOL and purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies
  • Skill in using work order pick tickets to retrieve components from correct warehouse locations
  • Ability to verify part number, lot number, expiration date, and quantities of components
  • Capability to perform pick confirmations, inventory movements, and cycle counts
  • Experience with conveying components, accumulating and preparing pallets for sterilization (including shrink wrapping), and staging
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (hand truck, forklift/reach trucks, cherry pickers), perform daily inspections, and change/charge batteries
  • Competence in stocking received components, completing material transfer sheets, and notifying issues to WTM III
  • Willingness to work 3rd shift (Monday-Friday, 11pm-7am) with mandatory overtime
  • Requirement for OSHA approved protective footwear

Responsibilities

  • Places safety first, follows all procedures and policies, self-corrects issues, and reports to management when required
  • Ensures accuracy of all receiving documents and assists in resolving discrepancies
  • Assures receiving counts match BOL and purchase order documents
  • Notifies receiving issues pertaining to packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III
  • Conveys components from storage racks to staging areas or designated areas for accumulation/debox
  • Uses work order pick ticket to retrieve components, verifies details, weighs/counts to match, signs/dates pick tickets
  • Performs pick confirmations and inventory movements
  • Performs cycle counts when required
  • Conveys confirmed cases from production to sterilization staging area
  • Accumulates and tops off pallets to proper height for sterilization, shrink wraps skids, removes confirmation sheets, and denotes pallet/PO details
  • Conveys internal/external R-REC & 902 products to empty warehouse locations, completes material transfer sheets, and turns into WTM III
  • Performs daily material handling equipment inspections, changes/charges batteries, and performs WTM I duties as needed
  • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Performs additional duties as directed
