Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in inbound operations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inbound logistics processes
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and team coordination abilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily inbound operations, ensuring timely and accurate receiving of all shipments
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and other teams to ensure smooth inbound flow
- Ensure the proper inspection and quality control of incoming goods
- Train and mentor inbound personnel to ensure high operational standards
- Collaborate with inventory and outbound teams to maintain efficient stock management and movement
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvements
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety and operational standards
