Responsibilities

Support Site Management in achieving highest performance, including maximising customer satisfaction, optimising productivity, maintaining stock accuracy, controlling inventory, and minimising wastage
Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment, ensuring tasks are done safely, legally, and compliantly
Run shifts efficiently and effectively to deliver operational excellence
Lead team to achieve company objectives and goals
Supervise efficient and accurate order picking to meet time targets, including adherence to packaging SLAs and quality assurance
Supervise compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) through robust supervision and impactful coaching
Communicate professionally and effectively with Deliveroo riders
Operate and oversee dispatch to ensure accurate handling of orders to riders and minimising mistakes
Ensure deliveries handled per company expectations and policies, including temperature regulations, efficient stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and daily claims process
Complete stock counts as per company policy with focus on inventory management
Work collaboratively with Site Management and communicate professionally with stakeholders
Drive strong standards in merchandising and space management
