Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Accurately pick items by Lot # and expiration date as directed by the picking sheets
Use a company-issued stamp after picking
Read and understand all notes on picking sheets
Assist team members with picking, staging, loading, unloading, rotation, and storage of products
Operate a manual rolling cart to move products throughout the warehouse
Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping floors, wiping spills, and organizing products
Follow and abide by all company safety rules
Record all damage per company policy and handle damage/dents as they occur
Ensure proper handling of picking sheets and place them on the correct cartons
Keep the floor space clean while picking
Conduct daily housekeeping assignments as directed by warehouse management
Help prepare for end-of-year physical inventory
Identify inefficiencies in warehouse operations and make recommendations
Perform other duties as assigned
